It's possible that your device is running low on available RAM and is having a hard time loading our app. Try quitting open apps and resetting your device.
Quitting open apps
- Double-click the Home button on the bottom of your iPad/iPhone to reveal all running apps.
- Swipe each app off-screen to close the app.
- When you're done quitting all running apps, press the Home button to go back to your home screen.
- Relaunch the app.
Resetting your device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- When your device has reset, relaunch the app.
If the problem persists, please fill out a support ticket describing your issue, and include your device, model, and the name of the app that is crashing.
