This article is for customers who are inquiring about a refund and made an individual purchase or are a bookstore with code purchases.
If you purchased a product from one of the app stores, follow these guidelines:
- Courseware or VB Suite purchases made on our web store are non-refundable. If you made a purchase in error, contact support.
- The Google Play store processes refunds at their store. Follow the instructions on their refund page.
- For iOS App Store or Mac App Store purchases you can 'report a problem' from the email receipt you received.

If your institution or bookstore has purchased activation codes:
We do not refund unsold activation codes. Codes do not expire from semester to semester, so any remaining unsold activation codes can still be sold and used.
