This article is for users who want to be able to send and receive custom-created views and tours with other users. Saved views are great for creating the content you want to see and study in the app, and with the tour function, you can combine multiple tours to use as a presentation, a study deck, or more. With the share function, you can send these single views and whole tours to other Atlas 2021 users to add to their own libraries.

Sharing content from the Web
- Start by opening the saved favorite or tour you want to share.
- In the bottom right corner, select the "Share" button.
- You'll be prompted to either download your view or generate a share link;

- Download Image will save this view to your device as an image file.
- Share Link will generate a special link you can send to another Atlas 2021 user they can use in the app to see a copy of your view, see how to do that below. Select "Copy Link" to easily send this link to others.

Sharing content from a mobile device
- Start by opening the saved favorite or tour you want to share.
- In the bottom right corner, select the "Email" button.
- An email window will open, enter the email address of your recipient, and a title for your email. Then, select send.
The URL for sharing your view or tour is in the email. if your recipient opens it while on a mobile device with Human Anatomy Atlas 2021 installed, they can just tap the link to launch Atlas, and open the saved view.
Opening a shared view
To open a view from another user, select the Share Link icon in the upper right of the screen.
Then, when prompted, enter the code you have received from another Atlas 2021 user and select "OK" on the Web or "Launch" on mobile.
If you are an instructor at a school with a group subscription you can host these views in your course. If you are an instructor with Courseware, you can assign these links straight in Courseware.
