Sign up with your Institutional Site Subscription
If your institution has an institutional site subscription to VB Suite, you can create a free account. This account gives you anytime/place access for a semester. That means that for 150 days from the date you created your account you can:
- Use your computer to access VB Suite over the web from any location—you do not need to be logged in to your school’s proxy or on your school’s network.
- Download and use all the features of the mobile app (Android and Apple iOS).
- At the end of the semester (your 150 day access period), you can renew for another semester.
If you are on campus, start this process while on your institution's network. If you are off-campus, start by logging in through your institution's proxy.
Once you are on your institution's network visit websuite.visiblebody.com and follow the steps on this screen to create an account.
Tip:
There is a benefit to creating a VB account. The Visible Body account you create can be used to access mobile and web versions. Google single sign-on is currently available for web only.
If you are at a school with an institutional site subscription and you see a purchase page, do not enter payment information. Contact support.
After your account has been created, you can access VB Suite on the web at, https://websuite.visiblebody.com. Every 150 days you will be required to sign in while connected to your institution's network or using the proxy to maintain access.
Profile Management
The “My Profile” option inside your account allows you to edit your name, password, or the email address used to sign in. You can manage your profile information from within the mobile app or on the web.
On the web:
- Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu
- Update your information and confirm the changes with your password
Note: To start using Google to sign in, change your email to a Gmail address and confirm the changes.
Renew Access
If your institution continues to have an institutional site subscription to VB Suite and you remain affiliated with the institution, you can renew your anytime/place free VB account for another 150 days. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Use a computer on your institution’s network. If you are off campus and your school has the option, log into the network remotely.
2. Access websuite.visiblebody.com
3. Use your VB account to sign in
That’s it! Your anytime/place free account is renewed for an additional 150 days. See your account profile for your new expiration date.
