Does this app have sound?
Besides some fun and peppy background music, the animations are narrated and when you select an anatomical structure, you can hear (and/or read) something interesting about it that explains what it is and what it does.
For iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, make sure there is no orange line or dot showing on the ring/silent switch of your device. Next, press the up arrow on the volume button on the side of your device to adjust the volume louder.
You can also try resetting your device. To reset your device, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on your iPad (the power button for iPhone) and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Note that the app provides you with the option to mute the background music. On the home screen's lower right-hand side, you'll see a musical note. If there's a line through it, you've muted the music. Tap again to unmute.
It's possible that your device is temporarily running a little low on available RAM and is subsequently having a hard time loading the app (which is pretty large and takes quite a bit of power to run). Try quitting out of all open apps and resetting your device to see if that helps.
For iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices: To quit other apps, double-click the Home button on the bottom of your iPad or iPhone to reveal all running apps. Then, tap and hold on one of the app icons in the bottom bar. When the red circle with the minus sign appears, tap that circle to quit the app. (Note: In iOS 7, you press and swipe each icon off-screen to close the app.)
When you're done quitting all running apps, click the Home button twice to go back to your homescreen.

For iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices, follow these four simple steps:
- Tap the App Store icon on your device. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to buy My Incredible Body the first time.
- At the bottom of your screen, you'll see a navigation bar. Tap Purchased. (On iPhone or iPod touch, tap Updates from the bottom navigation bar, then tap Purchased.)
- Find My Incredible Body on your Purchased list.
- Tap the download icon and you should see the app loading!
