The product plans differ by cost, the content and features available, the types of devices that get access, and the level of support and training included in the plan. Institutions and schools can subscribe to Visible Body Courseware or Visible Body Web Suite and give access to all students, instructors, and employees.
A Site Subscription for institutions is the plan that enables students and employees at your school, institution, or business to access Visible Body products on various types of devices, and whether they are on campus or using the institution's network off campus.
This plan is available for Visible Body Courseware and Visible Body Suite.It is our most popular and most wide-reaching plan for schools.
A site subscription includes:
- Institution proxy and IP set assisted by the VB team for on campus and of campus access
- Google Single Sign On
- LMS: Optional Canvas or Blackboard integration for Courseware
- Sales support, customized contracts, special invoicing, personal account management and training
- Unlimited in person and online lecture/presentation license amongst students and employees at institution
- Permission for all within the institution to use visuals and content in related course materials

Answer keys for all qualified instructors
The Site Subscription is priced by the number of people at your institution who would access the subscription and make an account.
When a school has installed a site subscription for Visible Body Suite or Visible Body Courseware, anyone affiliated with the institution and on the institution’s network can use their Google account or make a Visible Body account and gain access.
This plan is a great fit if:
- Instructors are using Visible Body Courseware to deliver assignments and assessments for a course and do not want students to assume the cost of an individual purchase
- Your school/library wants to make Visible Body Web Suite study and reference content and tools available to all students on or off campus, on school owned devices, and students personal iPhone, Android devices, or laptops
- Your school wants to load Visible Body Human Anatomy Atlas + on school owned iPads, Clear Touch panels, Promethean boards, or anatomy dissection tables and/or give access to students to use on their laptops and mobile devices

Students and schools can purchase individual user licenses of Visible Body Courseware
An individual student purchase or an institutional group purchase are plans that grant specific students access to Courseware. An individual student purchase is made directly by the student using a link provided by the instructor assigning Courseware as required for the course. An institutional group purchase enables a school to purchase and distribute codes that students can use to gain access to Courseware.
These individual user Courseware plans offer:
- Sales support, customized contracts, special invoicing, personal account management and training
- Unlimited in person and online lecture/presentation license amongst students and employees in the course
- Permission for all within the course to use visuals and content in related course materials

The individual student purchase and institutional group purchase is priced per individual license, is available for all content, or biology content only, and for one, two, and three year terms.

A Classroom/Lab subscription for instructors gives students and employees at your school access to the apps within Visible Body Web Suite on devices owned by your institution and shared amongst students and instructors. This plan is for in person display (physical classroom or lab) on shared devices (dissection table, SMART board, multitouch device). It is available for Visible Body Web Suite and includes Human Anatomy Atlas+ (for web, iOS, and Android), and a number of other web-only access products.
This is an economical plan for schools who do not need students to have individual access on their devices, want to make a direct purchase, and do not need instructor answer keys, sales support, training, or special invoicing.
When a school has a Classroom/Lab subscription for Visible Body Suite anyone affiliated with the institution can gain access on one shared device.
This is a great fit if:
- Your school wants to load Human Anatomy Atlas+ on a school-owned Clear Touch panel, Promethean board, other interactive board or anatomy dissection tables
- You have a library, classroom, or maker space in which students gather around and work on interactive activities on a dissection table, or an interactive white board
- You want to make an online purchase with a credit card

These choices are popular with students, healthcare professionals, and anyone interested in human body and general biology reference. They are a good fit for personal learning,study, reference, and communicating with patients in a one-to-one setting. This license does not include permission to lecture or present.
You can purchase an individual user subscription to Visible Body Web Suite or Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋ (iOs or Android) and gain access to all content, across available device types (iOS, Android, web access on laptops), and have access to frequent updates.
