This article is for subscribers to Web Suite who are interested in learning how to manage their account. The article covers how to create an account, purchase access, log in, change subscription type, and cancel a subscription.
Create an Account
Follow the steps below to create a Visible Body account and subscribe to Web Suite.
- Navigate to websuite.visiblebody.com
- On the welcome page, select "Sign up"
- Add the following information to create your account.
- Type your email address and confirm it.
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Add your name.
- Read the Terms of Use and use the checkbox to agree, then use the CAPTCHA and select "Continue."
Purchase Access
Now that you have an account, follow these steps to subscribe:
- Select your preferred billing option, either Annual Subscription or Monthly Subscription
- In the pop-up, enter your payment information and click the button at the bottom. You will get a confirmation pop-up along with your order reference number and a confirmation email. Select "Continue" to dismiss this pop-up.
Note: Be sure to save this confirmation email for future account management! - You will now have full access to all of the apps in Visible Body Web Suite!
- You will be billed automatically based on your subscription duration. For more information on managing your subscription look here.
Log in to Web Suite
After creating your account, log back into the app by following these simple steps:
- Go to http://websuite.visiblebody.com/.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Check the box that says “Remember me”.
- Bookmark the page so it’s easy to find later.
Access your school's Site License
If your school has a Site License to Web Suite, you can create a free account by following these instructions. You need to be either on campus on your school's network, or if off-campus logged into your school's network by proxy.
To set up your Web Suite account while on campus and connected to your institution’s network:
- Navigate to https://websuite.visiblebody.com
- From there, enter the following information to create your account:
- Enter your email address and confirm it.
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Add your name.
- After creating your account you are brought to the Web Suite homepage and can begin using the product.
Note: If you see a purchase page do not enter payment information. Check that you are connected to your institution's network or try signing in through the proxy. - After you sign up, log into your Web Suite account from anywhere by returning to https://websuite.visiblebody.com
Every 150 days you will be required to sign in while connected to your institution's network or using the proxy to maintain access.
To set up your Web Suite account while off-campus or not connected to the institution’s network:
- There are two ways this typically occurs:
- Some users will first log in to the institution's portal, then navigate to the institution’s resource section, and locate Visible Body Web Suite.
- Other users will navigate to the institution’s resource section, then locate and select Visible Body Web Suite, and finally log in to the institution’s Portal.
- Either option, once on the Visible Body Web Suite page, select “sign up”.
- From there, enter the following information to create your account:
- Enter your email address and confirm it.
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Add your name.
- After creating your account you are brought to the Web Suite homepage and can begin using the product.
Note: If you see a purchase page do not enter payment information. Contact support. - After you sign up, log into your Web Suite account from anywhere by returning to https://websuite.visiblebody.com
Every 150 days you will be required to sign in while connected to your institution's network or using the proxy to maintain access.
Cross-Platform Access to Human Anatomy Atlas 2022 + on Mobile
Your subscription to Web Suite unlocks access to the Human Anatomy Atlas 2022 + mobile app.
In Web Suite, next to the Atlas 2022 + launch button, select the "Get Mobile App" button.
- Email yourself the link to your phone or tablet
- Depending on the device you're using, download the iOS or Android App
- Sign in with your Web Suite credentials and get started
Switch Billing Cycles
Access to Web Suite is offered both as a monthly and annual subscription. If you would like to switch from a Monthly to Annual, or an Annual to Monthly Subscription please follow the instructions below:
- You must cancel your current subscription using the steps in the section below.
Note: We do not offer partial refunds on purchases to Web Suite. Your access will continue until the end of your subscription. - Once your access expires the next time you access Web Suite you will be prompted to purchase either Web Suite - Monthly Subscription or Web Suite - Annual Subscription.
- Select your preferred billing option, either Annual Subscription or Monthly Subscription.
If you purchased a second subscription before your original access expired please contact the Visible Body Help Desk for a refund on your newest purchase. Wait for your original subscription to expire, then repurchase Web Suite.
Cancel my Subscription
Web Suite is an auto-renewing product. If you do not want your subscription to auto-renew you can change your access with the "Manage Your Orders" link included in the email sent with your initial subscription.
Follow these steps:
- Use the Manage Your Orders link included in the email sent with your initial subscription activation. This will take you to the FastSpring landing page.
- Enter the email address used to purchase the subscription.
- Check your email for a link to your account at FastSpring.
- Select the Subscriptions option to see your Web Suite active subscription.
- Under the Manage drop-down menu, select Cancel Subscription and Confirm.
You are able to re-activate your subscription anytime from this same menu.
The cancellation email you receive will note the final date of your subscription. A canceled subscription does not immediately cancel your access to Web Suite. Your account will remain until the end of the subscription period you initially purchased. That date is noted on your cancellation confirmation email and available under your account when you are logged into Web Suite.
