Here's how to use—and what you can do with—the interactive beating heart in Physiology & Pathology 2020.
Some cardiovascular lessons allow you to interact with a fully animated beating heart.
In the bottom left corner of the screen are your controls.
Tap the ECG icon to view a graph of the electrical activity of the heart as it beats.
The heartbeat button turns on the familiar "lub-dub" sound of a beating heart.
Next, You can turn the conduction effect off or on to watch the electrical stimulation of the heart.
You can add arrows to help visualize the flow of blood, and also add or remove the blood for a better view of the muscle action.
You can even adjust the BPM to slow down the heart for careful study!
