Courseware and Canvas Deep integration is now available!
- With Canvas Deep integration, your selected Courseware assignments and gradebook will sync automatically to your Canvas course
- Toggle Deep integration on or off from the new LMS Integration page, without losing grades in your Courseware gradebook
Create and edit your assignments in Courseware, and Canvas assignments will reflect your updates instantly!
- Assignments appear in Canvas in the order and folder where you created them. Ungrouped assignments will appear at the top of the Canvas assignments page above all other folders, in a folder entitled “Visible Body Ungrouped Assignments”.
- The Canvas icon next to any assignments and groups that have been synced or removed from syncing to let you know the current status of any assignment
- Non-graded assignments are now marked as complete in the Canvas Gradebook once a student visits the assignment page
The Gradebook in Courseware is now fully integrated with Canvas. All edits to the gradebook in Courseware are reflected in Canvas instantly!
- Instructors will see a new look in their gradebook when trying to export or sync grades, now in an Actions menu that gathers those all together
- Students can take quizzes and see their grades updated right away

- Select "Create New Assignment" and see Visible Biology listed under available Visible Body content. Create assignments using all five units of 3D models, processes, and animations from our Visible Biology app!
- Select "Create New Quiz" in the Quiz Bank and see Biology listed under Topics. Create and tag custom quiz questions with the Biology topic and related subtopics. (Premade quizzes by subtopic coming soon!)

Improvements to the Gradebook in Courseware offer consistency and ease-of-use with:
- Improved consistency with the display of grades and grade statuses
- Better tracking of quiz attempts! If the student closes out of their quiz, the attempt is still counted and recorded in the Gradebook. New attempts started for a quiz also make old, in-progress attempts count
- Students with the same last name are now alphabetized by last name and first name in the Gradebook, Roster and CSV exports
- Narrower columns for improved navigation! The submission and duration information is now available via the dropdown menu to save space

Courseware-Blackboard Light Integration is now available!
- Schools can now choose to integrate Courseware courses with Blackboard courses. Launch Courseware from within Blackboard!
- This integration includes single sign on only. Instructors and students only need to log in once and will stay signed in each time they visit Courseware through Canvas
- Available for schools with group licenses and for courses with individual student purchases
Easily see which courses are paired with Canvas and Blackboard
