Access and manage Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋ Subscription

This article is for subscribers to Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋who are interested in learning how to manage their account. This article covers how to create an account, purchase access, log in, change subscription type, and cancel a subscription.

Create an Account and Purchase Access

Follow the steps below to create a Visible Body account and subscribe to Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋.

1. Select “Subscribe now.” 
   
2. Type your email address and confirm it.
   
3. Tell us a little about yourself.
   
4. Create a password and confirm it.
   

Now that you have an account, follow these steps to subscribe:

1. After signing in or creating your account, you will be prompted to start a monthly or annual subscription.
   • You may be asked to sign in to your Apple ID on this device if you are not already signed in.
2. Then you will be redirected to the App Store for iOS or Google Play store for Android where you will complete your payment information.
3. Once you've filled out your payment information, you will have full access to all of the apps in Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋ and Web Suite.
4. You will be billed automatically depending on the subscription period you have chosen. For more information on managing your subscription, look here.

Log in to Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋

After creating your account, log back into the app by following these simple steps:

1. Go to your home screen and select Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋.
2. Enter your email address and password.

Note: Your account will be automatically logged in until you sign out.

Cross-Platform Access to Web Suite

Your subscription to Human Anatomy Atlas 2023 + on mobile unlocks access to Web Suite on a browser. You can log in with the same email and password used above.

Cancel my Subscription

Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋is an auto-renewing product. If you do not want your subscription to auto-renew, you can manage your account through the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.

Follow these steps:

For Apple Store:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select your Apple ID.
3. Select Subscription.
4. Select Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋.
5. Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.

For Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, select the profile icon.
3. Select Payments & subscriptions and then select Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Select Cancel subscription.

Note:

• You can re-activate your subscription by logging into your Visible Body account in the app and following the prompted instructions.
• A canceled subscription does not immediately cancel your access to Human Anatomy Atlas 2023＋. Your account will remain active until the end of the subscription period you initially purchased.
• The Apple Store and Google Play Store do not offer partial refunds on purchases.

Trouble Purchasing a Subscription on Your Mobile Device?

If the Google Play account or Apple ID being used on your device has already purchased a subscription, but the Visible Body account you are signing in with is not the same Visible Body account that was used at the time of original purchase, there may be a conflict.

• If you have already purchased a subscription, please sign in using the same Visible Body account that was used at the time of your original purchase.
• If you haven’t purchased a subscription for this Visible Body account, please try signing in to your device using a different Google Play account or Apple ID and try to make the in-app subscription purchase again.
