Accessibility Features

I can't find a way for students to use a screen reader with the Visible Body Courseware.  I know there are pronunciation buttons for terminology, but I have students who need to have the screen read aloud to them.  Is there a feature or app that I'm missing that would help with this?  Our intervention department uses the Google Extension "Read & Write" but it can't read the text on the screen in the Courseware.
